Where do you ship from?

| All orders are shipped from inside the European Union. Usually from Holland.
We ship worldwide. |

What about lost orders in the post, etc.

| We guarantee you will receive your order. If it gets lost in the post,
we will send a free replacement and require proof of delivery. We do not
normally require proof of delivery, as we find people prefer to receive
our CDs in the normal post. As CDs are very slim, the envelope with the
CDs will probably arrive in your letter post. |

Can I pay with a check (cheque), money order or cash?

| No. We have found it very slow and expensive to process foreign checks
and money orders.We may accept cash in the future, but at this time we prefer not to. |
