- Should you receive a defective CD we will send a replacement CD to
you. Defective items must be brought to our attention within 30 days of
the date we ship your order.
- If an order goes missing in the post, we will replace the order. You
may be required to sign for the replacement order upon delivery.
- We provide information on the picture quality of every movie. This
information should be treated as a guideline only and not as a guaranteed
level of quality. Refunds will not be offered on the basis of picture
quality.
- We reserve the right to decline to ship orders to certain destinations.
We do not ship orders to the UK.

to this order. We send an invoice by email. We may send a confirmation
that your order has been shipped. If there is a problem with your order,
